On the Socialist World System

Abstract

In March 1966, he presented the Constitution in the department for the research of socialist countries for international politics and economics foreword on the topic "On the laws of development socialism as a social establishment and world system" head of the relations department among the socialist countries of the Institute of Economics of the World Socialist System in Moscow, philosopher A. A. Butenko.

He critically evaluated the views which claim that the law of the development of socialism in individual country are identical to the laws of world development socialist system. Some economists are of the opinion that this is the way to go only the territorial expansion of writing I know the law of the development of socialism, as e.g. of the Planning and Proportional Act his development, the law of constant increase labor productivity, etc., which the highest in a somewhat modified form, it acts within the framework world socialist system. Such a simplified concept appears in works some Soviet authors, such as G. A. Deborina, M.E. Ajrapetjana, S.D. Sergejava, I.S. Ikonnikova, A.A. Kujbysheva, L.I. Lukina, N.I. Ivanova. In his opinion, the council of thought-provoking works on relations between socialist countries is worth it to this incorrect concept.
