Abstract

It was generally present in the ongoing discussion stated the need for scientific research international relations. It is absolutely necessary to realize that it is primarily a proclamation of the need for scientific research of international relations, that desire precedes results and achieving the possibility of this research, which clarified some questions certainly remarkable results, overall — and this applies especially to some areas of the world - in their beginnings. Necessity of scientific research of development international relations after the Second World War, so strongly felt today by practical politics, however, also raised a number of new questions. They were pronounced above all doubts about the possibilities so far scientific disciplines to analyze international relationships, and in connection with that, opinion, that it is necessary to create a new scientific discipline that would become an instrument of scientific he knows the complex phenomena of the present international development. This opinion was in ongoing discussion, maybe, in general accepted.
